Refund Policy
Conference Refund Policy – Requests for a refund of conference fees will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the NACPI Executive Board. All requests must be submitted in writing and must be made within 48 hours prior to the Conference to be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $50 membership fee (if applicable) and any previous transaction fees*. All requests should be sent to the NACPI Treasurer whose contact information is listed above. * A processing fee of 3.4% plus .30 cents has been assessed for payments via credit card.
